General Parking
The Yellow Lots will be open for all Ariat Arena events. The 2,200-space Chevrolet Parking Garage is located at 3464 Trail Drive. The cost of parking will be dependent on the event. There is ample parking at Ariat Arena to accommodate all guests.
- For Ariat Arena Events parking lots are open 3 ½ hours before Show Start Time.
- General Prepaid Parking is available on Yellow Lots or Chevrolet Garage.
- Preferred/Reserved Parking is available in Chevrolet Garage, using Harley Street and Secretariat Drive.
- ADA Overflow is located via Gate 49 in the Chevrolet Garage.
- Montgomery Lot Prepaid is accessed from Harley Street and Secretariat Drive.
Ride Share
Guests who are using ride share services should be dropped off at the west entrance of the arena, in the drop off lane at Secretariat Drive. Guests can be picked up for ride share on Harley Avenue, which is located on the north end of the building. Guests should exit the building from the north and proceed to Harley Avenue using either the stairs or ramp to the street level. Please wait to connect to your driver until you have arrived at Harley Avenue.
Cost for Parking
The cost for parking is dependent on the event. Guests can pay with cash or credit card at any of the parking lots. To purchase parking in advance, click here.
ADA Parking
ADA parking overflow will be available at Gate 49 in the Chevrolet Garage
Please Note: During arrival and departure from Ariat Arena, certain streets may be closed and re-routed. These closures may not reflect on your GPS guidance system. Please follow the directions from police and traffic personnel, as they will assist in getting you to and from the Arena parking as quickly as possible.
Box Office
Box Office Hours: Open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. NOTE: If we have an event on a day we are normally closed, the box office will be open at 10:00 a.m. or two hours prior to the event start time, whichever is earlier.
Bag Policy
Approved bags: Bags are not to exceed 12″x6″x12″. A clear tote, small purse, small fashion backpack, small clutch, plastic storage bags and drawstring bags are acceptable if they don’t exceed the size of 12″x6″x12″. Clear bags are encouraged for quicker entrance.
Non-approved bags: Bags that exceed 12″x6″x12″ including but not limited to a backpack, oversized purse, oversized tote bag, suitcase/luggage, messenger/laptop bag, duffel bag, and cooler. These non-approved bags will not be permitted inside the arena.
If attending an event at Ariat Arena, please leave non-approved bags at home.

Enter parking via Lancaster from either Camp Bowie or University. Follow directions from parking attendants who will direct you to the most convenient parking to the Auditorium.
Due to additional events on the Will Rogers campus, please ensure ample time for parking.

ADA Parking
ADA parking is available on Will Rogers Road off of W Lancaster Ave. in front of Will Rogers Auditorium.
Box Office
Box Office Hours: The Will Rogers Auditorium box office will open 2 hours prior to the event start time.
The box office is located at the entrance of the Auditorium plaza. Will Call is also located at the Will Rogers Auditorium box office.
